1. Combine sugar and lemon zest in small shallow dish. Rub rim of 4 lowball glasses with lemon wedge. Dip rims in sugar mixture; set aside.
2. Add blackberries, gin, vermouth, simple syrup, lemon zest, lemon juice and ginger to CRUX 7 Speed Blender. Top with ice cubes.
3. Press LIQUIFY button to begin processing. When finished, the blender will cease operation. Divide among prepared glasses. Garnish each serving with a few blackberries and lemon curl.
