1. In large bowl, whisk together flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, yeast, cardamom, salt and cinnamon. In separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, egg yolks and vanilla until blended; whisk in butter, then stir into flour mixture along with raisins until shaggy dough starts to form.
2. Transfer to lightly floured work surface and knead until dough is smooth. Transfer to lightly greased bowl; cover and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
3. Form dough into 5-inch round and arrange in basket of CRUX 2.6 Quart Touchscreen Air Convection Fryer.
4. Set air convection fryer to 250˚F. Air-fry bread for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
